Responsibilities
Lead infrastructure delivery and implementation across cloud and on-prem environments
Collaborate with architects and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions
Drive automation and standardization using tools like Jenkins, Chef, and Ansible
Remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
Support application teams with provisioning, configuration, and deployment of platforms (e.g., Tomcat, WebSphere, AWS)
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution
Mentor junior engineers and promote a culture of operational perfection
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of related experience
Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or delivery roles
Deep expertise in Linux systems, cloud platforms (especially AWS), and CI/CD pipelines
Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, Ansible)
Experience with vulnerability management and cloud governance tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven track record to lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve complex technical issues
