Responsibilities

Update crew deployment data in CAD systems
Clean up data in:
OMS (Outage Management System)
SAP notifications
Other T&D systems
Support ADMS migration (data validation + documentation)
Perform structured Excel-based analysis and tracking

Required

Strong proficiency in Excel
Comfortable with VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
Experience with Pivot tables
Ability to filter large datasets
Knowledge of basic formulas
Experience with data cleanup
Exposure to OMS (Outage Management System)
Experience with SAP notifications
Familiarity with utility systems
Experience with CAD system updates (operational CAD)
Experience in data integrity/system maintenance work
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Must be local to Irwindale, CA
Must be willing to go onsite if required
2–5 years IT or Systems Analyst experience
Detail-oriented, data cleanup mindset
Good documentation skills

Preferred

T&D (Transmission & Distribution) understanding
Remote desktop experience
Utility industry exposure
ADMS knowledge
