Responsibilities
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver accurate, timely solutions
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting outputs
Automate recurring reports and processes to improve operational efficiency
Provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives
Document processes and maintain reporting standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field (Bachelor's degree preferred)
2–4 years of experience in reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence roles
Advanced proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros)
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
Knowledge of database builds
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Understanding of data governance and compliance
Ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Experience creating concise, accurate, and visually appealing reports
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
