Responsibilities
Monitor real-time operations to ensure adherence to SOPs
Address and resolve operational issues promptly to avoid operational disruptions
Ensure compliance with KPIs (Sealed Meals Per Hour, Labor, Food Safety Compliance)
Act as the first escalation point for on-ground teams
Labor Management / Scheduling of associates / ensuring they are briefed and aligned on daily objectives
Supervise and support team members during operational hours, and coordinate effective shift handovers
Ensure optimal staffing during peak and off-peak hours
Identify and report any resource gaps to senior management
Track and analyze performance metrics during shifts
Prepare end-of-shift reports summarizing activities, issues, and resolutions
Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions
Maintain clear communication with cross-functional teams, including IT, Customer Support, and Quality Assurance
Relay updates and changes in processes to team members promptly
Qualification
Required
Bilingual (English & Spanish Fluency)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g., operational dashboards, reporting tools)
Preferred
Experience in cold storage (preferred), operations, logistics, or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred
