The role focuses on building integrations to/from the Workday Finance module and involves analyzing current integrations, coordinating testing, and assisting in training.

Responsibilities
Analyze current integrations between the existing PeopleSoft ERP and third-party applications, and translate into build specs for the new Workday financial system integrations
Build integrations, using Workday best practices
Coordinate with financial operations staff and 3rd parties to test and validate integrations
Implement new build in the production environment
Create documentation as needed
Assist in analyst mentoring and training to get client's team up to speed on Workday best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience building Workday integrations
Advanced expertise in the Workday Finance module
Excellent communication skills
Ability to mentor and train analysts new to the Workday ERP system
Preferred
Experience in a healthcare provider, payer, or healthcare technology organization
Workday certifications in Integrations and/or Workday Finance
Experience supporting large-scale Workday deployments or platform build-outs
