Experience with Java (8/11/17+), Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, Kafka/RabbitMQ, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Deep understanding of Scrum/Kanban methodologies and project management software
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to explain "the why" behind technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Work closely with Product Managers, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery
Synthesize complex technical updates into high-level, actionable status reports for the executive team
Qualification
Required
