Responsibilities
Ensure financial integrity, operational alignment, and compliance across the commercial segment
Provide strategic financial support to commercial leadership
Drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
Participate in the planning, implementing, and controlling of all financial-related activities such as policy updates and compliance, budgeting & forecasting, strategic planning, pricing, and overall efficiency and improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
Minimum of 10 years progressive accounting supervision experience in a fast paced commercial environment
Point-of sale back-end accounting office experience required
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), inventory management and accounting in retail environment
Self-starter who takes the initiative to achieve objectives, works constructively with the company's culture and produces quality deliverables
Ability to lead team, inspire team cohesiveness, work as a team member and independently in a fast paced environment
Ability to work with and understand the operational aspects of the company
