InternCVR Energy, Inc. is a petroleum refining and nitrogen-based fertilizer company looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources intern. The intern will support the HR team in various functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration while gaining practical experience in the field.

Responsibilities
Regularly Communicate with supervisor work progress, concerns, and questions
Assist the HR team in yearly succession planning process
Support onboarding efforts, preparing new hire paperwork, assisting with orientations or assisting with welcome activities
Assist with coordination of various HR related programs such as the college recruiting program
Qualification
Required
College students studying Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or other related areas who are entering into their Junior or Senior year at an accredited College or University
Cumulative GPA of at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Displays soft skills effectively and promotes teamwork
Technical skills in Microsoft Office Suite and other related platforms/systems
Out of the box thinking, problem solving, relationship building and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated, proactive, detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines
Fluent in English, oral and written required
Ability to adjust schedule to meet business needs

Preferred
Previous internships/work and/or coursework experience human resources, talent management, and benefits preferred
Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software preferred
