Responsibilities
Support the planning and delivery of the week‑long STEM Pathfinder summer program for high school students ages 14–17
Collaborate with staff across departments to coordinate schedules, tours, career chats, and hands‑on STEM activities
Facilitate engaging STEM experiments and team‑building activities while supporting daily program logistics
Provide administrative and data support, including project completion, meeting participation, and post‑program reporting
Qualification
Required
Actively working toward Bachelor's degree
Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with computer applications (Windows‑based tools) and comfort with data entry and information management
