Responsibilities
Prepare and organize invoices and accurately enter them into the database
Resolve financial discrepancies on invoices, respond to inquiries, and research the solutions
Partner with vendors and in-house customers to research missing documents, pricing and quantity changes
Settle past due accounts and statements
Ensure compliance with the corporate policies and procedures
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma with 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
Proven ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
SAP and Concur experience preferred
