Responsibilities
Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot tools, progressive dies & fixtures
Perform in-press die maintenance & failure correction
Read and interpret complex blueprints & sketches
Apply shop math & precision measurement techniques
Operate manual lathes, mills, grinders & shop equipment
Diagnose tooling failures and implement corrective actions
Maintain tight tolerances using calipers & micrometers
Support production priorities and uptime
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years Tool & Die Maker experience
Strong background in progressive die repair & maintenance
Proficiency with manual machining equipment
Excellent blueprint reading & shop math skills
Solid work history & attendance record
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
Preferred
Journeyman Tool & Die papers
Deep draw stamping experience
TIG welding
Assembly fixtures experience
