Responsibilities

Manage customer expectations & ensure customer satisfaction for entire IAF fleet (F100- 220/229 Engines). This role is the single point of contact for all IAF F100 engines, providing oversight into the coordination and execution of customer requirements, which includes Customer visits
Developing an integrated business picture and forecast of customer demand and supply status to support fleet readiness & manage customer specific business /operations metrics and forecasts
Responsible for managing contract execution for both FMP & BOA contracts including profit and loss as well as margin growth for both contracts, which includes leading marketing campaign and contract negotiations for both FMP & BOA contracts
Manage and lead both a domestic and international team(s) through coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, assistance, and elevation of key program issues
Ability to grasp and adapt to the Customers & Fleet mission requirements. Requires total commitment and comfort with supporting/understanding not only the requirements but the geopolitical environment that IAF and this fleet operate in
Responsible for the oversite and management of in-country repair facilities. manage contract and workload. Single point of contact for PW to these suppliers. Work closely to provide PW support for additional commercial depot work at these sub-tiers

Required

Typically requires: A University Degree in business, engineering, marketing, supply chain, or program management
10 years of experience in product or program management, general management, maintenance management, operations management, or some combination
7 years' experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes with demonstrated business success
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
International business experience as well as previous customer-facing and program management experience
Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes

Preferred

Demonstrated conflict resolution capability and ability to develop strong internal and external relationships
Experience in pricing strategy, negotiations for sustainment contracts
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment
Proven organizational and project management skills
Forwarding thinking, strategic planning experience & data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills
