Responsibilities
Create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans
Independently develop and review code
Contribute to the go-live plan
Collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Minneapolis, MN or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of Experience
4 years of software development experience with a strong focus on Python, pySpark and SQL DB
Preferred
Strong programming expertise in: Java (Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs)
Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI preferred, but not mandatory)
Advanced SQL (Joins, indexing, query optimization)
Experience working with microservices architecture
Good understanding of OOP concepts, MVC, and design patterns
Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.)
Experience with version control tools (Git)
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is an advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models and collaborating with cross‑functional teams
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
