Domain Experience – Any One Required
Seating Components - Recliner, Backframe, Track, Foam, Trim, Plastics
OR Interior Trim Components - Pillar Trims, Floor Console, Instrument Panel, Carpet, Headliner
OR Exterior Trim Components - Bumper, Cladding, Spoiler, Grille, Garnish, Mudguard, Emblems, Door Exterior Trim
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
Minimum 2+ years of full-time, hands-on automotive experience (Internships do NOT count)
Experience in ANY ONE domain: Seating / Interior Trim / Exterior Trim
Hands-on experience in CATIA V6
Knowledge of manufacturing technologies & plastic tooling
Experience supporting plant launch / production environments
Strong problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
