Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of the GMTC reconciliation product and reporting tool, from discovery through execution
Write clear product specifications, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria to translate business needs into development work
Define core functionality, use cases, and UI workflows supporting both technology-driven and business-driven reconciliations
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including a clearly defined near-term and longer-term vision
Partner closely with development teams while allowing flexibility in technical design and implementation
Manage team staffing and financial planning activities, including hiring and interview execution, budget forecasting, and employee performance reviews
Manage a small product team, initially with one dedicated resource per product, providing coaching, feedback, and prioritization
Collaborate with business users, operations teams, and management to align stakeholders around priorities and delivery
Communicate progress, trade-offs, risks, and roadmap updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Qualification
Required
Experience managing at least a small team with accountability for delivery and outcomes
Demonstrated experience building products from early-stage
Strong hands-on product management skills, including documentation and workflow definition
Comfort operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure where none exists
Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across technology, business, and operations
