Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance business applications and reporting systems, with a focus on Power BI and cloud‑based databases
Analyze legacy reporting processes and develop flexible, accessible reporting solutions for business users
Combine and transform data from multiple sources to deliver accurate, meaningful reports and dashboards
Establish, test, and maintain stable connections to external data sources, including APIs
Administer business applications and database environments to ensure performance, security, and reliability
Troubleshoot system, application, and data issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and internal teams
Serve as a liaison between IT, business units, and service providers to manage system changes and issues
Provide basic IT Helpdesk support, including assistance with computers, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tools
Manage multiple tasks and projects independently in a fast‑paced environment
Support oversight and coordination of third‑party IT service providers
Qualification

Systems and application analysis
Data reporting and visualization (Power BI, SQL)
Cloud and Microsoft platform administration
Data integration and management
System troubleshooting and user support
Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server (2019 or later)
Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
SQL and cloud‑based databases
Data ingestion, transformation, and validation
Backup and recovery procedures
Business analysis
