Responsibilities

Execute revenue-generating activities including prospecting, qualification, and expansion outreach across existing client accounts
Support Account Managers in renewal preparation, client communication, usage expansion campaigns, and identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Engage directly with clients to understand workflows, uncover unmet needs, and position the value of S&P Global solutions aligned to commercial strategy
Manage outbound cadences using Salesloft, Salesforce, and CRM tools to build pipeline and advance opportunities
Conduct account intelligence research to prepare client meetings, evaluate whitespace, and assess risk indicators
Track and report progress on KPIs including meetings booked, opportunities created, usage expansion, client engagement scores, and renewal support
Participate in structured training covering product mastery, commercial negotiation, objection handling, and financial value articulation

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Strong interest in financial markets, client engagement, and commercial career progression
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proactive self-starter with resilience, intellectual curiosity, and growth mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus

Preferred

Internship or experience in sales, account management, financial services, or client support
Demonstrated success in team-based or target-driven environments
Ability to analyze data and articulate insights for commercial actions
