5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow SPM development experience
2+ years of experience specifically with ServiceNow SPM / ITBM modules
Strong understanding of Portfolio and Project Management processes
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in JavaScript
Proficiency in ServiceNow Glide APIs
Proficiency in IntegrationHub / REST & SOAP integrations
Experience creating custom applications and scoped apps in ServiceNow
Strong experience with Performance Analytics and Reporting
Knowledge of ServiceNow data model and CMDB relationships
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
