Defend employers/insurers in workers’ compensation claims and related litigation
Conduct investigations, client interviews, depositions, and evidence gathering
Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and opinion letters
Appear at arbitrations, hearings, and trials
Manage a full caseload in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Active Illinois Bar license
3+ years of insurance defense experience (workers' comp preferred; trial experience strongly valued)
Strong litigation and writing skills (writing sample required)
Preferred
Additional states bar license
