Remote Technical Support Representative

OneSupport is hiring Entry Level Technical Support Representatives for a 100% work-from-home opportunity. In this role, you will provide troubleshooting assistance to customers, helping them resolve various technical issues.

Required

Computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 11
USB headset and webcam
At least one 15" or larger monitor
Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Manual dexterity
Typing speed of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
Quiet and distraction-free workspace
Located in one of the specified states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (excluding Las Cruces and Santa Fe County), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin
DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet only
Internet speeds of at least 2 Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload, with ideally less than 100ms ping and jitter
Ability to follow instructions, research and utilize resources, and adapt to changes in procedures
Multitasking capabilities with the ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment
Sitting or standing at your workstation for the duration of your shift minus any breaks
