Responsibilities
Ensure engineering integrity, first-time quality, and efficient execution of activities through use of the Digital System Model
Work closely with all IPTs through working groups to successfully drive the use of the Digital System Model
Own and manage execution of your Statement of Work for the USAF E-7A program including Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables and prescribed process-oriented functions
Actively partner with program leadership to ensure program objectives are accomplished
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
5+ years of experience with systems engineering processes and tools
3+ years of experience creating Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) models in Cameo, Magic Systems of Systems Architect (MSOSA), or similar software
Preferred
Experience with Systems Modeling Language (SysML) and Unified Architecture Framework (UAF)
Previous experience implementing model-based approaches on engineering projects/programs, ensuring seamless integration of delivered models within the receiving architecture and digital engineering platform
Experience with model-derived Concept of Operations (ConOps) requirements development, interface control documentation, technical specification review, architecture development
Experience integrating multiple stakeholders with unique objectives to operate within a common integrated digital environment
Experience in engineering of large-scale systems and overall systems engineering disciplines
Experience in military aircraft modification programs
Excellent communications skills, verbal and written
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of management, customers, and partners
Ability to build a safe environment of inclusion, transparency, and trust
Previous experience in leading, mentoring, and engaging individuals and teams
Experience providing active mentorship and career guidance
