Responsibilities
Designing and programming control systems for cutting-edge custom machinery
Generating electrical/pneumatic schematics and BOMs using AutoCAD Electrical
Creating, testing, and documenting control system software programs
Troubleshooting and debugging machinery both in-house and at customer sites
Collaborating with customers and internal teams
Traveling 20% as needed for installations, meetings, and sales support
Qualification
Required
PLC controls: Allen Bradley, Siemens, G.E., Mitsubishi etc…
HMI: Rockwell, Siemens, Proface, C-more etc…
Vision Inspection & Vision Guided motion: Cognex and Keyence
Robots: ABB, Nachi, Fanuc, Epson, Adept, Denso, Yaskawa, Kuka, Motoman
Proficiency in generating electrical/pneumatic schematics and BOMs using AutoCAD Electrical
Skilled in creating, testing, and documenting control system software programs
Experienced in troubleshooting and debugging machinery both in-house and at customer sites
Strong understanding of wiring methods and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with customers and internal teams
Ability to travel 20% as needed for installations, meetings, and sales support
