Stellantis is looking for participants for their Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP), a rotational program aimed at identifying future leaders within the company. Participants will rotate through four assignments across various finance disciplines, gaining a comprehensive understanding of Stellantis's financial operations.

Responsibilities

Rotate through four assignments, each lasting approximately 6 months

Gain experience in Corporate Finance, Industrial Finance, and Commercial Finance

Work in specific areas such as Manufacturing Finance, Product Development Finance, Sales and Marketing Finance, Treasury, Tax, and Corporate Accounting

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in FinanceMicrosoft Office proficiencyAnalytical skillsProblem solving skillsInterpersonal skillsCommunication skillsWork ethic

Required

Completed Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or related degree by May 2026

Highly proficient in all Microsoft Office suite applications including advanced experience using Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred

One (1) year of professional work experience (including Student Programs, Internships, Other)

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks independently

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Evidence of high energy and strong work ethic
