The intern will assist with engineering project identification, support, and leadership while collaborating with the Engineering Team on various projects related to design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
Assist the Dexter Team with engineering project identification, project support, and project leadership by partnering and collaborating with the Engineering Team and Site Team
Assist with engineering support for all aspects associated with the design, manufacturing, assembly, and validation to ensure functionality, quality, cost, and timing

Qualification
Required
Actively enrolled in an accredited university working towards a bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering degree
Excellent sense of ethics and accountability
Enthusiasm and a passion for engineering and manufacturing
Dependable, responsible, on time, and consistent
Ability to maintain professionalism in all settings
Possess strict confidentiality of company patent, trademark, and business information
Strong organizational and time management
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals commensurate with year of studies
