Records Clerk
JBA International is seeking a Records Clerk to manage and organize case-related documentation. The role involves reviewing intake packets, requesting and tracking records, and maintaining digital files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Responsibilities
Review intake and retainer packets for completeness
Request police reports, medical records, bills, and related documentation within required timeframes
Track and follow up on outstanding record requests
Scan, organize, and properly save documents in the case management system (Litify)
Update case files with treating facility and provider information
Maintain accurate and organized digital files
Check mail, faxes, and upload all records daily
Assist in gathering records and expenses for demand preparation
Communicate with case managers regarding receipt of records
Maintain professionalism and high client service standards
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage deadlines and follow up consistently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred
Experience with case management software (Litify preferred)
