Administrative Assistant-Distribution
Elliott Electric Supply, a top distributor of electrical products in the nation, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to work in the Distribution Office. This role involves responding to customer and store inquiries, maintaining call logs, and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel. Responsibilities
Respond to calls coming from customers and stores requesting assistance
Check inventory, research information or product for inquiries, or resolve customer/store issues
Transfer calls to appropriate office personnel or department after determining specific needs
Maintain call log to determine volume and nature of calls
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Basic to Intermediate computer skills
Excellent customer service skills and proper phone etiquette
Strong time management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
Must have excellent attendance and dependability
Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone
Bend, climb, push, and pull, including the ability to maneuver at heights and in tight or small places
Routinely lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 50 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 70 lbs
Ability to commute to Farmers Branch, TX 75234
