Responsibilities
Looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer with strong coding experience (not architect-level)
Minimum 10+ years of solid coding experience is required
10+ years hands-on development
Strong coding depth in:
NodeJS
Python
ReactJS
API design & implementation
SQL / NoSQL databases (Postgres especially)
Ability to write, explain, and optimize code quickly
Someone who is able to write, explain, and optimize code quickly
Compliance experience is bonus, not mandatory
Manager wants someone who can code independently from Day 1, with strong NodeJS, Python, React, and database skills
Architecture, compliance knowledge, DevOps -- all good-to-have, but coding depth will decide selection
This is NOT an architecture-only or design-heavy role
They will be assessed mainly on coding, not high-level design

Required
