Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
Assist with duties related to ticket intake, Power BI report development, and data analysis to answer business questions or solve business problems
Conduct research and gather data to support projects
Support team members by gathering robust requirements and soliciting feedback from requesters
Adapt to a product team approach, participating in agile methodology to complete projects
Define analytic approaches, integrating multiple analyses, and develop analytic understanding of problems to identify issues and opportunities to motivate action
Gather and refine complex data sets and data sources to enable accurate and robust quantitative analyses
Provide insight into hypotheses under consideration and contribute to understanding enterprise problems and potential solutions
Assist with internal communication efforts, including drafting emails or informational materials
Provide customer service support by responding to inquiries or routing questions appropriately
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions with observations or feedback
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Analytics, Computer Science)
Technical experience with SQL and a data visualization tool (Power BI preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
