Responsibilities

Ensure all manufacturing technical documentation is up to date
Provide technical direction to internal teams while overseeing external vendors to ensure manufacturing processes, equipment, and solutions meet quality, efficiency, and production requirements
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive problem-solving initiatives, including improving equipment efficiency, resolving downtime events, and addressing customer quality concerns
Provide day-to-day support of manufacturing operations and maintenance
Participate in identifying and/or resolving safety and ergonomics issues
Facilitate or deliver training for team members and maintenance personnel, while also developing technical training manuals and work instructions as needed
Participate in project planning and coordination to ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
3+ years of experience in engineering support role in a manufacturing environment
Working knowledge of high-volume manufacturing and testing
Previous experience with computer-based office and engineering software, including Microsoft Suite
Ability to work off shifts and weekends as well as overtime as needed

Preferred

Knowledge of high-speed assembly manufacturing equipment
Knowledge of vision inspection systems
Proficiency with CAD Software
Statistical Analysis
Proficient with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance
