This role serves as the technical integrator across multiple commodity groups, ensuring cohesive unmanned system requirements and advising senior decision-makers on development investments.

Responsibilities
Align, review, and de-conflict unmanned systems requirements across multiple disciplines and commodity groups
Advise leadership on best-value, highest-ROI requirements and development roadmaps
Serve as the primary technical liaison across matrixed engineering teams and stakeholders
Translate operational and engineering inputs into clear, actionable requirements documentation for Program Managers and Contracting personnel
Establish, document, and manage requirements traceability from top-level concepts through specifications and test plans
Coordinate with Project Managers and SMEs to resolve integration issues and problem reports
Support Test & Evaluation (T&E) planning and execution to validate cross-functional requirements
Assist commodity SMEs in developing test plans that inform production and fielding decisions
Drive communication across government, industry, and supporting agencies throughout the acquisition lifecycle
Track action items and ensure timely follow-through to task completion
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Must have a Secret clearance
Experience integrating complex payloads (Kinetic, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR))
Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, operational, acquisition, and contracting communities
