Responsibilities
Programming, conceptual/ schematic design, and design development packages
Research interior finish selections, develop finish palettes and create design presentations
Prepare interior construction document packages for bidding and permit
Furniture Specifications, Artwork Packages, Wayfinding & Signage Packages
Collaborate with clients, architects, outside consultants, vendors and product / furniture representatives
Construction administration services, which may include interior RFI’s, reviewing interior submittals, punch walks and record drawings
Qualification
Required
Experience level - 8+ years
Requires a bachelor's degree in interior design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
Effective communication skills including active listening, verbal, and written communication
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and 3-D modeling capabilities
Experience with SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Bluebeam, and Outlook
NCIDQ certification required
Potential regional travel, up to 20%. Requires valid driver's license and reliable transportation
The ability to work both in our office and from home, with a reliable high-speed internet connection
Preferred
Healthcare or Aviation design experience a plus
AAHID, EDAC or LEED AP certification a plus
