Responsibilities
Advanced level application development skillsets including Analysis and Development within Microsoft .Net environment
Coding experience in .Net framework, MVC including C#, VB.Net JavaScript and Bootstrap
Experience applying Object Oriented Design
Experience applying Standard Security methods to custom applications
Experience in Power BI for developing reports
Experience creating web API’s
Experience developing applications with relational databases including designing, writing stored procedures, performance tuning and SQL. (Oracle preferred/SQL Server)
Experience working Azure DevOps/GIT including keeping work items updated, code management and CI/CD
Experience following coding standards and best practices
Experience with testing tasks such as identifying test scenarios, test data setup, execution, and documenting test results
Experience utilizing the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and following IT Best Practices
Experience resolving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
Experience in an oncall or production support role
Experience following Iterative/Agile/Scrum Methodologies for completing projects from Initiation through Implementation and Maintenance
Experience understanding defined requirements by identifying and implementing achievable solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including describing technical items to non-technical staff
Experience writing technical documentation
Collaborates and shares information with others and is a team player to ensure project success and business needs are met
Awareness of IT Infrastructure
Awareness of Accessibility requirements and custom application design solutions or standards to comply
Ability to meet project timelines
Ability to provide input into task estimates
