Responsibilities
Support and manage standardized daily, weekly, and monthly revenue cycle reporting
Assist in developing and maintaining enterprise-wide benchmarking and comparative reporting of key revenue cycle metrics
Analyze data to identify, quantify, and prioritize revenue cycle improvement opportunities
Perform financial opportunity assessments for hospitals and facilities
Support initiatives to improve system-level, facility-level, and payor-level revenue performance
Assist in goal setting, productivity tracking, and performance monitoring
Develop financial models to support revenue cycle strategies and solution implementation
Communicate findings clearly to leadership and stakeholders
Support strategic initiatives focused on improving cash flow and net revenue realization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree (required)
Experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle operations
Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
