Designing, developing, and testing battery systems and components to meet mission-critical energy needs
Conducting analyses
Supporting manufacturing processes
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal performance and quality
Managing projects
Troubleshooting technical issues
Contributing to the continuous improvement of current engineering practices
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and present technical information clearly
Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and optimizing engineering designs
Experience in project management, including timeline creation, resource allocation, and meeting key deliverables
Proficiency in manufacturing engineering processes and techniques, ensuring efficient production and quality control
Background in mechanical engineering, with knowledge of design principles, materials, and structural analysis
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
Knowledge of lithium-ion battery technology and energy storage systems is a plus
Familiarity with safety and compliance standards for manufacturing and energy solutions is advantageous
