Responsibilities
Conduct inspections; diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair dry van and flatbed tractors and trailers, including associated bodies, systems, and components
Perform preventive maintenance as well as warranty and accident-related repairs
Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to ensure compliance with company standards and DOT regulations
Test equipment to identify and resolve performance issues
Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
Qualification
Required
Conduct inspections; diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair dry van and flatbed tractors and trailers, including associated bodies, systems, and components
Perform preventive maintenance as well as warranty and accident-related repairs
Inspect suspension, wheel-end, braking, and structural components to ensure compliance with company standards and DOT regulations
Test equipment to identify and resolve performance issues
Demonstrate self-motivation, reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
Must possess the tools necessary to perform the repairs outlined in this job description; primary air tools will be provided
Maintain productivity of 85% or higher and efficiency of 95% or higher
Preferred
Two years of verifiable experience preferred, but not required
