Summer Intern/Marketing - Digital Orchestration & Enablement

Responsibilities
Assist with organizing and maintaining DER project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Talk with sales reps and collate feedback on the Digitally Enabled Rep program for marketing to enhance the program or improve training
Assist marketing to to prepare training slides for the sales team
Participate in omnichannel planning across Oncology brands to ensure alignment and consistency
Contribute to testing, QA, and rollout coordination for digital assets across channels
Draft meeting summaries, prepare discussion materials, and support cross‑functional workshops
Conduct light research on digital engagement trends, field deployment strategies, and marketing innovations
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Analytics, or related disciplines
Energized by digital innovation and want to understand how it transforms field teams
Enjoy connecting dots across teams, brands, and disciplines
Detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn
Must be able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week internship (May/June-August 2026)
Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible
Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to assignment target start date

Preferred
Experience or strong interest in Marketing, digital marketing, or brand strategy
Experience or strong interest in Field enablement, field engagement, or commercial operations
Experience or strong interest in Omnichannel or multichannel communications
Experience or strong interest in Project management or business operations
Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
