Monitors and controls denied claims and ADR request
Responsible for timely collection of patient accounts
Account cash application & reconciliation
Other job duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent and two years' experience processing medical claims to include billing and collections
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to a constantly changing environment
Preferred
Associate's Degree in Business and/or Accounting
Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance
