Responsibilities
As the Controller of Finance, you will be the operational leader of the finance function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong financial controls across the organization
Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
Work closely with the CFO to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
Deliver clear financial statements, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses that drive smarter decisions
Strengthen internal controls and help implement improved financial and ERP systems
Assist with financial modeling (M&A), due diligence, and integration for acquisitions and growth projects
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team in a collaborative, results-driven environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
8-12 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
5 years leadership experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, or Finance Manager
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, forecasting, and internal controls
Experience with ERP systems (Infor or similar) and advanced Excel skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred
CPA or MBA strongly preferred
Background in technology, IoT, or industrial/manufacturing environments preferred
Experience supporting M&A or integration initiatives is a plus
