Responsibilities

Support mission-critical intelligence operations
Innovate, modernize AI tradecraft, and drive the integration of advanced AI methodologies into customer mission sets
Implement advanced analytic methodologies to increase customer satisfaction and mission effectiveness
Maintain structured analytic datasets
Modernize workflows and enhance analytic rigor using analytic tools
Write clear, direct, well-structured prompts to apply analytic tools to structured and unstructured datasets using agentic AI
Create reusable prompt libraries and workflows to accelerate AI deployments
Author best practice documentation and build the framework for AI usage
Evaluate model performance, conduct error analysis, and effectively communicate model results to both technical and non-technical audiences
Operationalize analytic models into repeatable pipelines supporting intelligence production at scale
Conduct multi-INT research to augment agentic AI models supporting office operations
Develop new geospatial tradecraft, methods, and technologies from an operations research perspective
Identify system enhancements, capability gaps, new technologies, and business case opportunities that strengthen mission delivery

Required

Active TS/SCI Clearance is required with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
10+ years of relevant experience. (A combination of years of experience & professional certifications/trainings can be used in lieu of years of experience)
Expertise in advanced analytic methodologies and proven ability to implement them to increase customer satisfaction and mission effectiveness
Experience in database manipulation and maintaining structured analytic datasets
Demonstrated proficiency using analytic tools to modernize workflows and enhance analytic rigor
Ability to write clear, direct, well-structured prompts to apply analytic tools to structured and unstructured datasets using agentic AI
Experience with Python/R scientific computing libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.)
Experience applying machine learning or statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, classification, time-series analysis) to mission datasets
Experience creating reusable prompt libraries and workflows to accelerate AI deployments
Experience authoring best practice documentation, building the framework for AI usage
Ability to evaluate model performance, conduct error analysis, and effectively communicate model results to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience operationalizing analytic models into repeatable pipelines supporting intelligence production at scale
Understanding of modern data science best practices, including model governance, reproducibility, transparency, and lifecycle management
Conduct multi-INT research to augment agentic AI models supporting office operations
Experience developing new geospatial tradecraft, methods, and technologies from an operations research perspective
Ability to identify system enhancements, capability gaps, new technologies, and business case opportunities that strengthen mission delivery

Preferred

Experience building and maintaining GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT datasets aligned to mission requirements
Experience building effective AI Agents including function calling, tool integration, and agentic system debugging
Ability to design and deliver briefings, demonstrations, and training events for users at all skill levels across mission applications
Ability to extract, model, and visualize multi-INT datasets for both descriptive and predictive analysis
Experience in applying deep learning or computer vision techniques (e.g., CNNs, segmentation, object detection) to GEOINT or multi-INT datasets
Experience with API-driven ingestion, ETL pipelines, or microservice-based analytic architectures
Ability to use AI resources programmatically through available API interfaces for data ingestion and processing
Experience with Palantir in an operational environment
