Responsibilities
Own end-to-end solution delivery for assigned SPARK Solution Area
Define, validate, and document: Business requirements, Functional designs, Test plans, Defect resolutions, Process documentation
Collaborate with the SPARK Program Lead, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders
Participate in formal governance and design decision forums
Coordinate and support UAT and defect resolution cycles
Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
Track progress and report on milestones, KPIs, and delivery status
Support adoption of standardized global business processes
Qualification
Required
100% dedicated to SPARK solutioning
Serves as Module Lead for Oracle Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Accountable for functional outcomes, not just coordination
Own end-to-end solution delivery for assigned SPARK Solution Area
Define, validate, and document: Business requirements, Functional designs, Test plans, Defect resolutions, Process documentation
Collaborate with the SPARK Program Lead, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders
