Responsibilities
Inspect components and assemblies using calibrated tools and metrology equipment, including portable CMMs (ROMER Arm / PolyWorks)
Verify conformance to engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications
Inspect electrical wiring, harnesses, and assemblies
Ensure compliance with AS9100 and internal quality procedures
Document inspection results, non-conformances, and support root cause/corrective actions
Partner with engineering, production, and quality teams
Support internal and external audits as needed
Qualification

Must have Secret Clearance or ability to obtain/maintain
12-Month Contract-To-Hire

3+ years of aerospace, aviation, or defense quality inspection experience
Strong ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Hands-on experience with calipers, micrometers, gauges, and portable CMMs
Solid understanding of electrical wiring concepts and assembly practices
Experience with AS9100 (ISO 9000 knowledge a plus)
Preferred
GD&T, AS9102 FAIRs, FAA Part 145, PMA, DCMA exposure
