Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Windows Active Directory (users, groups, GPOs, DNS, DHCP)
Manage Microsoft 365 Business Premium environment, including:
Exchange Online
SharePoint / OneDrive
Microsoft Teams
Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune (Windows 10/11)
Configure and maintain Microsoft Defender Antivirus and security policies
Monitor system health, security alerts, and performance
Perform routine patching, updates, and system maintenance
Manage backups and restores using Veeam
Support and maintain virtual infrastructure ( VMware experience a plus)
Troubleshoot and resolve endpoint, server, and user issues
Document configurations, procedures, and changes
Work closely with internal teams to support business operations
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
Strong experience with Windows Server & Active Directory
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Business Premium
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune device management
Experience managing Microsoft Defender AV
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Must be able to work on-site in Pomona, CA, Monday–Friday
Preferred
VMware virtualization experience
Veeam Backup & Replication
Familiarity with security best practices and endpoint protection
Basic networking knowledge (VLANs, firewalls, switches)
PowerShell scripting experience
