Responsibilities

Design, create, maintain, and execute test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and automated regression test scripts using tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps and JIRA X-Ray
Execute test cases across multiple iOS and Android devices and form factors, including phones, tablets, and wearables
Perform hands-on field testing to validate seamless hardware and software integration, document detailed results, and conduct data-driven analysis
Develop, implement, and maintain manual and automated test cases and scripts across multiple projects
Improve test efficiency and coverage by identifying opportunities for automation and testing process improvements
Ensure integration and regression testing is completed prior to product releases
Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and Development Managers to identify, troubleshoot, and help resolve defects and issues
Participate in Agile (SCRUM) environments and support Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices
Build and maintain effective working relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Report, track, and verify software defects and requirements-related issues
Analyze defects, support root cause analysis, and verify fixes
Assist in developing and improving systematic approaches to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services

Required

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no current or future visa sponsorship available)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
3-5 years of experience in mobile software or application testing on Android and iOS devices, including at least 1 year of test automation experience
Strong knowledge of relational database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and SQLite
Solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and testing methodologies
Experience analyzing software features and functional requirements, and designing, planning, executing, and maintaining test cases
Demonstrated experience with defect reporting, issue tracking, verifying bug fixes, and coordinating testing activities with development and QA teams

Preferred

Experience with hardware testing
Hands-on experience with automation testing on iOS and Android platforms using Appium
Experience or working knowledge of C# and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell
Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, ReadyAPI, Karate, or RestAssured
