Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day on-site electrical construction activities on mission critical/data center projects
Supervise and coordinate electrical foremen, subcontractors, and field crews
Drive installation of switchgear, UPS systems, PDUs, generators, busway, and cable infrastructure
Enforce site safety standards, OSHA compliance, and company HSE policies
Manage project schedules, manpower planning, and sequencing of electrical works
Coordinate with General Contractors, other trades, and client representatives
Oversee QA/QC, inspections, testing, and commissioning support
Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure constructability
Identify and resolve field issues, clashes, and installation challenges
Support project reporting including daily logs, progress updates, and look-aheads
Qualification
Required
8+ years' experience in electrical construction with significant on-site supervision experience
Proven track record delivering mission critical/data center or other complex industrial projects
Strong hands-on electrical installation background (must have worked in the field)
Experience managing large crews and fast-track project schedules
Deep knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and installation methods
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and BIM coordination models
OSHA 30 (minimum) or equivalent safety certification
Willingness to travel or work rotational assignments across the U.S
Preferred
Experience with hyperscale data centers
Background with top-tier electrical contractors or large EPC firms
Commissioning/start-up exposure
Prefabrication and modular electrical build experience
