Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot CNC machines across the shop floor during night shift
Work extensively with Fanuc control systems for diagnostics and fault finding
Use ladder display and control diagnostics to identify and resolve electrical issues
Read and interpret electrical schematics to repair machine faults
Support breakdown response and preventative maintenance activities
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ensure maximum uptime and production continuity
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Fanuc controls
Ability to troubleshoot electrically using ladder logic and diagnostics
Confident reading and interpreting electrical schematics
Experience working on Japanese CNC machines such as Toyoda, Niigata, Makino, OKK
Understanding of AC/DC current, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Self-sufficient and comfortable working independently on night shift
