Responsibilities
Comply with all ProAmpac Safety, Quality, Operational and Employment policies, and practices
Halt manufacturing processes and immediately notifying management of any safety, material, equipment, or technical non-conformance
Remove from operation any machine deemed unsafe and immediately notify management
Adhere to all Quality principles as outlined in our Quality System to ensure efficient production of a quality product on a daily basis
Day to day compliance with food safety and prerequisite programs
Operate in a manner that will reduce waste and optimize usable production
Perform other assignments as required by ProAmpac management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in science or engineering related disciplines preferred
More than 3 years manufacturing experience utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid working knowledge and hands on experience with concepts and principles
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Outlook email and calendar
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information
Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options
Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment
