They are seeking a hands-on Bilingual Warehouse Production Supervisor to lead production teams, drive performance, and ensure safety compliance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
Supervise 25–60 warehouse and production associates
Plan daily labor and production schedules
Drive team performance to meet KPIs and productivity goals
Lead and execute multiple production-related projects while adapting to changing business priorities
Ensure safety compliance and maintain a safe work environment
Train associates on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Monitor quality control and verify production components
Maintain accurate updates in WMS systems (SAP experience preferred)
Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
Complete performance evaluations and coach employees
Maintain inventory of production supplies
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Work overtime as required based on production demands
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, production, manufacturing, or assembly environments
Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
Experience with WMS systems; SAP experience preferred
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
