Manufacturing Project Engineer III

Responsibilities
Plan and oversee production and capital projects from start to finish
Develop and maintain the production Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and assist with strategy development
Support project proposals and help prepare project estimates
Perform other supporting tasks assigned by production team leadership
Provide occasional weekend or off-hour support to maintain production schedule compliance
Travel as required (up to 25%)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education in a Manufacturing environment
Experience managing project schedules
Experience working in Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, or a similar environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to travel up to 25% domestically
U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
Preferred
Active Top Secret security clearance
3+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Logistics, or a similar environment
Experience preparing Basis-of-Estimates (BOEs) for projecting cost and schedule in Production programs
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
Project leadership experience
Cost Account Manager (CAM) experience
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
