Responsibilities
Consult with Real Estate Portfolio Managers as required to confirm that the documentation accurately reflects negotiated business arrangements
Complete diligence necessary to prepare and review tenant estoppel certificates/SNDAs ensuring timely compliance with lease obligations
Abstract all original leases and lease related documentation and enter required critical information into the Company’s lease management and financial reporting system
Research reported lease violations coordinate response with business partners and prepare notices of rent modification to landlord and lease accounting
Research and interpret lease documentation as requested
Process requested vendor changes by obtaining and reviewing supporting documentation, including deeds, assignments of leases and rents, management and/or operating agreements, and W-9s

Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BFA) or equivalent
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with lease administration, preferably commercial lease administration
Independent, detail-oriented self-starter
Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to draft and edit legal documents using proper grammar and punctuation
Strong time management skills with the demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize work, adapt and respond to changing priorities with a sense of urgency
Ability to research and resolve lease related issues with a minimum of supervision
Able to work as a positive member of a team, emphasizing professionalism and courtesy
Preferred
Prior lease administration/property management/auditing experience/ legal background preferred
