Responsibilities
Process, review, and maintain healthcare provider enrollment and credentialing documentation
Research enrollment applications and contact healthcare providers via phone to resolve application deficiencies
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into internal systems
Maintain strict confidentiality of all records and files in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Make recommendations to management to improve process efficiency and effectiveness
Meet daily production and quality targets; work overtime as required based on workload
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6 months of experience in healthcare provider enrollment and credentialing
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related role
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks
Comfortable communicating professionally with healthcare providers via phone
Preferred
Prior experience in healthcare operations or administrative processing
Familiarity with provider enrollment systems and documentation workflows
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production-driven environment
